Shopping information

Before you place an order

Read the product description, select your preferred available option and review the price, shipping information and final total at checkout. Product availability may change before an order is completed.

An order confirmation records the details of your purchase. If any information appears incorrect, contact the store with your order reference.

Payment and fulfilment

Use only the payment methods offered at the store’s checkout. Availability, shipping and any order-specific questions should be confirmed with the team before your departure date.

Product guidance and support

Check the product-page photographs, description and selected option for the item you are ordering. Colour and texture can appear different across screens. Cloth measurements describe the product pieces, not body measurements.

Editorial lifestyle scenes illustrate styling and preparation ideas. Only items listed in the product description are included in your purchase; scene props and gift packaging should not be assumed to be included.

For an order issue, use the returns and exchanges page to contact the team and review the applicable information.
