## Before you order or return an item

Please ask us to confirm the request window, item eligibility, return-delivery charges, refund method and timing for your purchase. Do not send an item back until the team has provided the return instructions.

## What to include in your request

- Your order number, the name used for the order and a contact number.

- For a damaged or incorrect item: describe what arrived and keep clear photographs of the item and packaging. You can share photographs with the team on WhatsApp.

- For a size or other exchange enquiry: tell us the option you ordered and the option you would prefer. Availability and the applicable terms must be confirmed before arranging an exchange.
