How do I choose my size?

Use the cloth-measurement table on the product page or Size guide. These are product dimensions, not waist or body measurements. Check the coverage and overlap you need, and ask us if you are unsure.

What is included with my order?

The Premium Cotton Ihram is described as a two-piece towel set. Check the description for the exact item you are buying. Bags, sandals, gift boxes and other props in editorial scenes are not included unless they are expressly listed.

Why does the product show a price range?

Available sizes can have different prices. Choose a size to see its current price and availability, then review the final total at checkout.

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

We offer free delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery: 2–5 days. See Shipping & delivery for details. If your departure is close, ask us about delivery to your city before ordering.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is available. Select it at checkout when it is offered for your order. Contact us if you need to confirm a payment option before purchasing.

Can I order for someone else or for a group?

Tell us the sizes, quantity, delivery city and date you need the order. The team can confirm availability and any quotation before payment. Confirm gift packaging separately if it is needed.

How do I follow up on my order?

Use your order confirmation or the order support form. Include your order reference so the team can find the correct purchase. You can also contact us on WhatsApp.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Read Returns & exchanges and contact us with your order number and the reason for the request. Confirm eligibility, the request window and any charges before arranging a return; wait for the team’s return instructions before sending a parcel.

How does the wishlist work?

Save a product using the heart button. Saved items stay in this browser and their current information is checked when you open the wishlist.
